Feature request and bug report

Follow this procedure to request a new feature or to report a bug on any Jalios product.

Specify product name and version (ex. JCMS 5.7, JUniversal 2.2, Dev Tools Plugin 1.1, ...)

For a bug report :

  • Check in the bug database, forum and FAQ if your problem has not already been treated ;
  • Detail symptoms and origin of the problem ;
  • Indicate if the problem occurs only on a specific environement (JVM, OS, browser, ...) ;
  • Join any relevant informations such as Java stack traces, log files, JavaScript error messages, screenshots, attached files, ...
